Easy thai food sustains me! Grab a can of coconut milk, some peanut butter, soy sauce, noodles and veggies and bam! you’ve got deliciousness!

Thanks! My biggest flaw is not having confidence to cook things properly, I think, even though when I actually do it, I can do it. I’ll remember to look into some thai recipes :)

Mexican tortilla pie for dinner last night/lunch today (made up of layers of noochy cheese sauce; refried beans with salsa and chopped tomatoes; mashed kidney beans with garlic and yet more salsa; and enchilada sauce).

My flatmate @4x10m4x15 almost put his face in it because it smelled so good.

Haha, yeah. Not posted in a few months, so decided to make a bold return. I’m going to use this to have a slight cry for help to the world - I have no clue where to begin, so if anyone has any recipe ideas or any hints they can share with me, I’d be deeply appreciative, or else I’ll be stuck on Tesco pasta forevermore, haha :)
